A workshop to explore the nature of cycles, creativity, and your personal birth

Join April McMurtry, founder of THE MOON IS MY CALENDAR at Mitchell Family Acupuncture for this practical and playful workshop.
Deepening our relationship with the moon is foundational to cyclical awareness and being "in season" with ourselves.
We will identify our birth moon phases and ways to honor each phase and embody where the moon is in the sky over the whole cycle.
The moon connects us with the expansion and contraction of the breath and we will learn simple movement practices for attuning to the cycles and seasons in our lives.
We'll also practice using a circular moon calendar for lunar tracking and create a Mandala for the Eclipse New Moon.
