New Moon Circles follow this structured and flowing format:
+ Welcome and opening theme
+ Mindful embodied lunar practice
+ Activity with the New Moon Calendar Journal
+ Pair share or quiet solo journaling
+ Reflect and Release from previous cycle
+ Seeds of Intention and/or Mandala for coming cycle
+ Closing

Calls are Saturdays at 9am Pacific Time / 12pm Eastern / 5pm Greenwich Mean Time.
